We walk the property with you, discuss how you want to live outside, and note conditions that shape design—sun, slope, access, views, and existing architecture. That visit informs a concept direction and helps us align on scope before design moves forward in detail.

Because we’re design-build, the same studio carries intent from drawings through build. Design refinement, material selections, and constructability are handled in-house, so what’s approved on paper is what we’re equipped to deliver in the field—with fewer handoffs and clearer accountability.

You’ll have regular touchpoints at key decisions—design milestones, material approvals, and walk-throughs during construction. We keep the process structured so you always know what’s next, without asking you to manage trades or schedules yourself.

After design approval, we mobilize construction with a coordinated schedule, site protection, and quality checks at each phase. We close with a final walkthrough to confirm details, address punch items, and set you up for success in the finished landscape.

EnvisionCare is our optional ongoing support after completion—seasonal tune-ups, plant care guidance, and help protecting your investment as the landscape matures. It’s ideal for clients who want their project to look intentional long after install.
